Assoc. Prof./Dr. Law Teik Hua，Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia
刘德华副教授/博士，马来西亚博特拉大学，马来西亚
Dr. Teik-Hua, Law is Associate Professor at the Civil Engineering Department, Universiti Putra Malaysia and serves as the Head of the Road Safety Research Center in Engineering Faculty, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Dr. Law also appointed as Adjunct Professor at the Hernan Technology University in China Mainland. He received his Ph.D. in Road Safety from the Center for Transport Studies at the Imperial College of London. He has 22 years experience in road safety research and specialized in road crash and road users’ behavior analysis. He has working on multiple international research projects offered by the Handicap International, the Volvo Sweden, the World Health Organization and the FIA foundation. Dr. Law has 55 journal papers published in the top transportation journals, such as Accident Analysis and Prevention, Transport Geography, Transportation Research Part A, Transportation Research Part D, Transportation Research Part F, Transport Policy, Journal of Safety Research. He is also a frequent presenter at national and international conferences
Law Teik-Hua博士，马来西亚博特拉大学土木工程系副教授，马来西亚博特拉大学工程系道路安全研究中心主任。Law Teik-Hua博士还被任命为中国大陆赫尔南科技大学的兼职教授。从伦敦帝国学院交通研究中心获得了道路安全博士学位，拥有22年的道路安全研究经验，专门从事道路碰撞和道路使用者行为分析。参与了国际残疾协会、瑞典沃尔沃、世界卫生组织和国际汽联基金会提供的多个国际研究项目。在顶级交通期刊上发表了55篇期刊论文，如事故分析与预防、交通地理学、交通研究A部分、交通研究D部分、交通研究F部分、交通政策、安全研究杂志等，经常参与国内外的会议。

Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Structural Engineering and Mechanics Expert, Member of Chinese Academy of Engineering (2009), Foreign Member of Austrian Academy of Sciences (2007), Member of European Academy of Sciences (2018), Honorary Professor of National Taiwan University, Honorary Dean of School of Civil Engineering, Chongqing University.
Prof. Yongbin Yang has served as president of Yunlin University of Science and Technology, dean of the College of Engineering and chair of the Department of Civil Engineering of National Taiwan University, Convenor of the Civil Engineering Section of the National Science Council, the chairman of the following associations: Institute of Engineering Education Taiwan (IEET), Chinese Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, The Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, and Society of Structural Engineering. He has also served as Fellow of the following associations: The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), International Association of Computational Mechanics (IACM), Chinese Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, The Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, and Society of Structural Engineering.
教授，博士生导师，结构工程和力学专家，中国工程院院士(2009年)、奥地利科学院外籍院士(2007年)、欧盟科学院院士(2018年)，台湾大学名誉教授，重庆大学土木工程学院荣誉院长。曾任云林科技大学校长、台大工学院院长、土木系主任、国科会土木学门召集人，及下列学会理事长：台湾中华工程教育学会、土木水利工程学会、力学学会、结构工程学会。下列学会会士(Fellow)：美国土木工程师学会、国际计算力学学会(IACM)、台湾土木水利工程学会、力学学会、结构工程学会。

Distinguished Professor of the Changjiang Scholars Award Program of the Ministry of Education, Recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, National Outstanding Science and Technology Workers, the First Batch of Leading Talents of Science and Technology Innovation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Candidate of New Century Hundred Million Talents Project, Outstanding Scientist of the First Chongqing Talent Program. He got the First Chongqing Outstanding Talent Award and the innovation team of "Bridge Condition Awareness and Advanced Maintenance" he led, which was selected as one of the first Chongqing natural science foundation innovation groups and the 2019 Transportation Industry Science and Technology Innovation Talent Program - Key Field Innovation Team.
周建庭，教育部长江学者特聘教授，国家杰出青年基金获得者，中组部“万人计划”，全国优秀科技工作者，首批科技部科技创新领军人才，新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选，重庆市英才计划首届优秀科学家，重庆市首届杰出英才奖，领衔的“桥梁状态感知与先进维护”创新团队入选重庆市首批自然科学基金创新群体和2019年度交通运输行业科技创新人才计划—重点领域创新团队。
Prof. Xiaxin Tao, Harbin Institute of Technology, China
陶夏新 教授，哈尔滨工业大学 ，中国
Xiaxin Tao is a Doctor of Engineering and Professor at Harbin Institute of Technology. As one of the leader in the engineering seismic discipline, he successively served as the director of the Engineering Seismological Research Office of the Institute of Engineering Mechanics, China Earthquake Administration, the deputy dean of the School of Civil Engineering, and the director of the School of Civil Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology. He has presided over more than 20 national scientific research projects including key and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Projects, National Social Welfare research special projects, and responsible for China-Japan, China-US, China-Russia and China-Japan-Korea international cooperation projects. He has undertaken dozens of major projects concerning seismic safety evaluation. He serves as the chairman of international academic conferences for many times, and concurrently serves as the editorial board of 4 Chinese science and technology journals and 2 English science and technology journals. He has won two first prizes and five second prizes (including natural science prizes) for provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress, published two monographs (co-authors) and nearly 400 papers both at home and abroad, including more than 200 English papers. In 1993, he was awarded a special government allowance by the State Council.
陶夏新，工学博士，哈尔滨工业大学教授。曾先后担任中国地震局工程力学研究所工程地震研究室主任，哈尔滨工业大学土木工程学院副院长、岩土工程学科主任，是我国工程地震学科带头人之一。主持国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、国家国际科技合作项目、国家社会公益研究专项等二十余项国家级科研项目，负责中日、中美、中俄及中日韩等国际合作项目，承担过数十个重大工程的地震安全性评价。多次担任国际学术会议主席，兼任4个中文科技期刊、2个英文科技期刊的编委。获省部级科技进步一等奖两项、二等奖（包括自然科学奖）五项。在国内外出版专著两部（合著）、论文近四百篇，其中英文论文二百余篇。1993年获国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴。

Libo Meng, PhD / Researcher, graduated from Tsinghua University in 2006, He has been titled with the Leader of Chongqing Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Team, General Manager of Chongqing WuKang Technology Co., Ltd., Director of Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Monitoring of Bridge & Structure, and Director of Dynamic Testing Professional Committee of China Vibration Engineering Society. He has been engaged in the research and application of structural monitoring technology for a long time. He took the lead in undertaking the national key R & D program "Research and Demonstration of Key Technical Standards for State Assessment of Intelligent Bridge Structures". The "China Merchants Transportation Research Bridge Cloud" system, which led by Meng with the research and development, has been applied to more than 150 bridges, including the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, E’dong Yangtze River Bridge and Zengjiayan Jialing River Bridge. This system has been successfully functioned as warning for many times and ensured the safety of the bridge structure.
孟利波，博士/研究员，2006年毕业于清华大学，重庆英才创新创业示范团队负责人，现任重庆物康科技有限公司总经理，桥梁与结构智能监测重庆市工程研究中心主任，中国振动工程学会动态测试专业委员会理事，长期从事结构监测技术研究及应用工作，牵头承担了国家重点研发计划项目“智慧桥梁结构状态评估关键技术标准研究及示范”，牵头研发的“招商交科桥梁云”系统在港珠澳大桥、鄂东大桥、曾家岩大桥等150余座桥梁上得到应用，多次成功预警，保障了桥梁结构安全。
Prof. Said Easa, Academician, Ryerson University, Canada
Said Easa 教授/院士，加拿大瑞尔森大学，加拿大
Professor Said Easa is currently Professor of Civil Engineering, Ryerson University, Canada. He received his B.Sc. degree from Cairo University (Egypt) in 1972, M.Eng. degree from McMaster University (Canada) in 1976, and Ph.D. degree from University of California at Berkeley (U.S.) in 1982. He has served as Director of Quality Assurance of the Faculty of Engineering at Ryerson University (2010-2013), where he introduced the new accreditation system for graduate attributes. Prior to joining Ryerson University in 2000, he had taught at Lakehead University, Canada (1982-2000). Dr. Easa is Fellow of Canadian Academy of Engineering, Engineering Institute of Canada, and Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE). His research interests cover broad transportation areas, including planning, design, operation, and management. In particular, he has introduced novel approaches for safer and more efficient transportation infrastructure, including highway alignments, railway crossings, interchanges, intersections, and roundabouts. In addition, he has conducted multidisciplinary research in such areas as intelligent transportation systems, autonomous and connected vehicles, human factors, and geomatics engineering.
Dr. Easa published nearly 340 refereed journal articles and was editor of a bestselling book on Urban Planning and Development Applications of GIS, published by American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He served as President of Online Network Enabled ITS Research Society (ONE-ITS) (2015-2017). He is Associate Editor of Journal of Transportation Engineering, Journal of Surveying Engineering, and Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering. He was leader of a national delegation to China, judge for annual Canadian Consulting Engineering awards, and member of national grant selection committees. He organized and chaired eight national and international conferences, sponsored by ASCE, CSCE, and IAAM. He has received numerous lifetime achievement awards and honors from Canadian, U.S., and other organizations, including Frank M. Masters Transportation Engineering Award from ASCE (2001), Sandford Fleming Award from CSCE (2003), Arthur M. Wellington Prize from ASCE (2005), Award of Academic Merit from Transportation Association of Canada (2010), and IAAM Medal from the International Association for Advanced Materials (2018).

Senior Engineer Jianhui Xu, Chongqing Zhi Xiang Paving Technology and Engineering Co., Ltd., China
徐建晖 重庆市智翔铺道技术工程有限公司 高级工程师，中国
Jianhui Xu, D.E., Senior Engineer, serving as the Assistant Director of Technology Development Center of Chongqing Zhi Xiang Paving Technology and Engineering Co., Ltd., and he has been engaged in the research on paving materials and structures of highway bridges for a long time. He has rich experience in R & D for functional color pavement, pavement prevention and maintenance, waterproof adhesive coating and other products. His related products are applied in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and other engineering, and he has over 200 projects that have been cast into domestic application. He presided over and participated in 21 scientific research projects, including eight projects that are above the provincial and ministerial level. Besides, he won six provincial and ministerial awards, including one grand prize and two first prizes. In terms of academic achievements, he published more than 30 academic papers, 16 of which are included by SCI, and he won 16 authorized invention patents. In addition, he participated in the compilation of five industrial and local standards.
徐建晖，工学博士，高级工程师，重庆市智翔铺道技术工程有限公司科技发展中心主任助理，长期从事道桥铺装材料及结构的研究，对功能性彩色铺装、路面预防养护、防水粘结涂料等产品有丰富的研发经验，相关产品在港珠澳大桥等工程应用，国内应用项目超200个。主持及参与科研项目21项，其中省部级以上8项；获得省部级奖励6项，其中特等奖1项，一等奖2项；发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI收录16篇；获得授权发明专利16项；参与编制行业、地方标准5项。

Guowen Yao, Doctor, professor and doctoral supervisor, vice president of the school of civil engineering of Chongqing Jiaotong University, deputy director of the State Key Laboratory of bridge and tunnel engineering in mountainous areas, and young scientific and technological talents of the Ministry of transport. He is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research on intelligent construction and intelligent operation and maintenance of bridges, long-term performance and detection and reinforcement of bridges, environmental mechanics test technology of engineering structures, presided over the research of more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial projects such as major scientific research instrument development projects and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and completed technical services such as detection, reinforcement, design and monitoring of more than 500 bridges, which was awarded by the Ministry of education There are 2 first prizes for scientific and technological progress in Chongqing, and more than 120 academic papers have been published.
姚国文，博士、教授、博士生导师，重庆交通大学土木工程学院副院长，山区桥梁及隧道工程国家重点实验室副主任，交通运输部青年科技英才。主要从事桥梁智能建造与智慧运维、桥梁长期性能与检测加固、工程结构环境力学试验技术方面的教学与科研工作，主持国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器研制项目、面上项目等20余项国家级、省部级课题的研究，完成500余座桥梁检测、加固、设计、监控等技术服务工作，获教育部、重庆市科技进步一等奖2项，发表学术论文120余篇。
Dr. Kang Shi, Chongqing University, China
史康 博士， 重庆大学 ，中国
Kang Shi, postdoctoral, graduated from the school of civil engineering of Central South University, mainly engaged in research on vehicle coupling vibration, bridge wind engineering and vehicle scanning method. At present, he is doing postdoctoral research in the team of academician Yang Yongbin of Chongqing University. He has presided over five national, provincial and ministerial projects, including the youth fund of the National Nature Fund, the special support project of the China Postdoctoral fund and the Chongqing postdoctoral nature fund, and participated in many scientific research projects, such as the general project of the National Nature Fund and the special project of academicians of the Chongqing Natural Science Foundation. He published 12 SCI papers and 5 EI papers as the first or corresponding author, and his research results won the excellent doctoral thesis of Central South University, the first prize of scientific and technological progress of Hunan Province and the first prize of China Railway Society.
史康，博士后，毕业于中南大学土木工程学院，主要从事车辆耦合振动，桥梁风工程与车辆扫描法相关研究，目前在重庆大学杨永斌院士团队做博士后研究。主持了包括国家自然基金青年基金，中国博士后基金特别资助项目，重庆市博士后自然基金等在内的国家、省部级课题共5项，参与了国家自然基金面上项目、重庆市自然科学基金院士专项等多项科研项目。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文12篇，EI论文5篇，研究成果荣获中南大学优秀博士论文、湖南省科技进步一等奖和中国铁道学会一等奖。

黄福伟 研究员，招商局重庆公路工程检测中心有限公司，中国
Fuwei Huang, general manager of China Merchants Chongqing Highway Engineering Inspection Center Co., Ltd., China, deputy director of State Key Laboratory of Structural Dynamics of Bridge Engineering, part-time professor of Chongqing Jiaotong University. He has been engaged in bridge detection, earthquake resistance, maintenance, digitization and other research for a long time. Presided over more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, LED / participated in the compilation of 8 national, industrial and local standards and specifications, and won 6 national, provincial and ministerial awards.
黄福伟，招商局重庆公路工程检测中心有限公司总经理，桥梁结构动力学国家重点实验室副主任，重庆交通大学兼职教授。长期从事桥梁检测、抗震、养护、数字化等研究。主持国家和省部级科研项目10余项，主/参编国家、行业及地方标准规范8项，获得国家和省部级奖励6项。
Prof. Yang Yang, Chongqing University, China
阳洋 教授，重庆大学，中国
Yang Yang is PhD, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Head of the National Standard Working Group on Engineering Structure Monitoring of Intelligent Residential Area Sub-Technical Committee. He is also Vice president of Building Electrical and Intelligence Sub-committee of Intelligent Building, Load and Customer System Technical Committee (China Region). Yang has complied six standards, and written two Chinese monographs, one English monograph and one textbook. He serves as the Leader of Domestic Expert Group in International Group in IEC / SEG9, Editorial Board of ESCI Source International Journal, the first Guest Editor of Symmetry Special Symmetry in Structural Health Monitoring (SCI:2.713). He has presided over four national projects and three provincial projects, and won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of the Architectural Society of China, the second prize of Golden Bridge Award of Technology Market Association of China and the second prize of technological progress in electric power construction of China Electric Power Construction Association. He has published more than 40 papers in well-known academic journals at home and abroad, and won seven software copyrights and applied for 16 national invention patents. He has been authorized six patents and realized partial assignment of a single patent for 500,000 yuan and participated in the technical guidance service work of monitoring and testing in many major projects.
阳洋，博士，教授，博士生导师，全国智标委智慧居住区分技术委员会工程结构监测国家标准工作组组长，IEEE PES 智慧楼宇、负载和客户系统技术委员会（中国区域）建筑电气与智能化分委会副主席；主编标准6本、中文专著2本、英文专著1本、教材1本。IEC/SEG9国内专家组国际组牵头人。ESCI刊源国际期刊编委，Symmetry 专刊Symmetry in Structural Health Monitoring(SCI：2.713)第一客座主编。主持国家级课题四项，省部级课题三项，牵头获中国建筑学会科技进步一等奖、中国技术市场协会金桥奖项目二等奖及中国电力建设企业协会电力建设科技进步二等奖，在国内外知名学术期刊上发表论文40余篇，获软件著作权7项，申请国家发明专利16项，已授权6项，实现单项专利部分转让合同金额50万，参与多项重大工程监测检测技术指导服务工作。
